This section provides a step-by-step guide to getting started with the TDS.SO system. We’ll walk through basic setup and creating your first redirects.

Step-by-Step Guide​

Step 1: Create a Template​

Basic Settings

Default template settings are enough to start. You can modify them later if needed.

  1. Go to Create → Template
  2. Choose the service you’ll be working with
  3. You can leave default settings for the basic setup
  4. Click "Save Template"

Depending on your chosen scenario:

  1. In the template, fill in the "Redirect URL" field
  2. Set meta settings for preview display:
  • Title
  • Description
  • Image URL

Step 2: Domain Setup​

Choose one of the options:

  1. Set up your own server
  2. Point the domain to it (see "Domains" section)
  3. Add the domain via Domains → Add

Step 3: Create Redirects​

If URL was set in the template (one domain = one link):​

  1. Go to Links → List
  2. Select the required template
  3. The redirect will be created automatically

If URL was not set (one domain = multiple links):​

  1. Go to Links → Create
  2. Select a template
  3. Fill in the required fields:
  • List of domains to redirect
  • Target URLs
  • Meta settings for preview
  1. Click "Create Redirect"
Recommendation

Always include meta settings (title, description, image) for proper preview display on social media and messengers.

Functionality Check​

  1. Go to Links → List
  2. Find the created redirect
  3. Copy the link and test it in a browser
  4. Check that the preview appears correctly
