Server Setup
Introduction
TDS.SO uses your server as a proxy to handle traffic. While the main load is on our infrastructure, traffic is distributed between both servers during high volume.
Why It Matters
Your server acts as a middle layer, allowing you to:
- Use your own IP addresses
- Set custom configurations
- Enhance security
- Enable landing redirects
System Requirements
Requirements depend on your traffic volume. Minimal setup is often sufficient.
Minimum Specs
- 💾 2 GB RAM
- 🖥️ 1–2 CPU cores
- 💽 20 GB SSD
- 🌐 100 Mbps network
OS Recommendation
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS or newer is recommended for best performance and compatibility.
